Availability & Quote - Our staff will contact you via WhatsApp or email with availability and a price quote.
Please review the details. If everything is OK, we will move on to the next step.
- Step 3
Decide Pickup & Drop-off Location - You will decide the pickup and drop-off locations together with our staff.
We can arrange pickup and drop-off at airports, hotels, Airbnb, or other locations.
The location, time, and any additional fees (if applicable) will be confirmed at this stage.
- Step 4
Submit License & Passport - If everything is OK, please send copies via WhatsApp or email.

※ If you do not have your IDP yet, you can send a copy of your home country driver’s license first.
- Step 5
Receive Rental Agreement & Confirm Booking - We will send you the rental agreement from Asahi Motors Rent a Car.
Please review the details. If everything is OK, your booking is confirmed.
Pickup & drop-off:
No store visit is required. We will meet you directly at the agreed location.
- Step 6
Vehicle Delivery - You do not need to come to pick up the car.
Our staff will deliver and collect the vehicle for you.
We can arrange delivery and collection at airports, hotels, Airbnb, or other locations.
About Your Assigned Staff
The staff member who will deliver and collect the vehicle will be assigned and informed by the day before.
The staff member’s name and contact details will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email, so you can contact them easily.
Pickup Method
Airport Pickup
Our staff will wait for you in the arrival lobby, according to your flight arrival time.
After meeting you, we will guide you to the parking area where your rental car is parked.
Hotel / Airbnb Pickup
After you arrive at your accommodation, the assigned staff will contact you via WhatsApp or email.
The vehicle will be handed over at the designated location.
Return Method
Airport Return
Please meet our staff about 2–3 hours before your flight departure.
The time and location will be arranged in advance.
The exact meeting point at the airport will be shared by the assigned staff beforehand.
Hotel / Airbnb Return
Our staff will collect the vehicle at the scheduled time.
Fuel Policy
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
If you cannot find a gas station or do not have enough time, that is OK.
We will refuel the vehicle and charge the fuel cost later.
Expressway Tolls (ETC)
After the rental ends, we will send you an invoice for the actual ETC tolls used.
Payment can be made by online credit card.
