Just a 5-minute walk from LOTTE Center Hanoi, and easily accessible from other large commercial complexes like Vincom Center.
Taxi & Ride-Hailing:
Apps like Grab are the most convenient way to get there. Simply show the driver the embassy address for smooth navigation.
Public Transport:
Local buses that pass by the LOTTE Center area also provide access to the embassy.
The Ba Đình District is known as one of the safest and most secure areas in Hanoi. It hosts many political institutions, foreign embassies, and luxury hotels. With visible police presence and private security along the main streets, it’s a relatively safe area to walk around—even at night.

Taxi & Ride-Hailing Apps:
Uber and Ola are highly recommended for getting around. Simply enter the embassy address into the app for smooth and hassle-free navigation.
By Metro:
The closest metro station is Lok Kalyan Marg, but from there, you’ll need to take a car or auto-rickshaw to reach the embassy. Walking is not advised due to distance and local conditions.
Chanakyapuri is considered one of the safest and most secure neighborhoods in New Delhi. The area stands out from much of the city thanks to its organized infrastructure, clean environment, broad avenues, and relatively low levels of noise and congestion.
The Japanese Embassy is situated on Shantipath, which translates to “Path of Peace.” This scenic, tree-lined boulevard is surrounded by international schools, luxury hotels, and residences, making it a highly desirable area for expatriates and foreign diplomats.

While public transportation such as buses and jeepneys is available within Metro Manila, it is recommended that first-time visitors take a taxi or Grab for safety and ease of navigation.
The area along Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City is considered one of the safer districts within Metro Manila. With nearby luxury hotels, government buildings, and a strong security presence—including guards and surveillance cameras—it is a relatively secure location for both locals and foreigners.
During daylight hours, walking around the embassy area is generally safe for foreigners. However, Metro Manila as a whole has a high incidence of petty crimes such as pickpocketing and bag snatching. To stay safe, keep these precautions in mind:
